Meet Dr. Cynthia Hall
Dr. Cynthia Hall is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor providing telehealth care to patients throughout California and New Hampshire. She founded MAPLE in 2022 and trained alongside her mentor, Dr. Julia Greenspan, ND., developing expertise in complex chronic illness, tick-borne infection (including Lyme disease), and the ways these conditions can affect women’s hormones, fertility and overall well-being.
With more than 10 years of post-secondary education and extensive clinical experience, Dr. Hall is known for her thoughtful, evidence-informed approach to women's health. Alongside her work as a naturopathic doctor, she was also a DONA International-trained birth doula, supporting more than 25 families through labor and birth and volunteered at a birth center in Tanzania, where she saw firsthand that regardless of where someone lives, every woman deserves compassionate, respectful, and individualized care. These experiences continue to shape her belief that the best healthcare begins with listening, education, trust and genuine partnership.
Dr. Hall is Lyme-literate and has advanced training in treating tick-borne infections, environmental medicine (including mold-related illness and heavy metal exposure), bioidentical hormone therapy, unexplained infertility and high-risk pregnancy support. She is passionate about helping women who have been told their symptoms are "normal" despite knowing something isn't right. Her approach recognizes that every patient is unique, and meaningful care starts with understanding the whole person — not only their symptoms or laboratory results.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Hall enjoys spending time in San Diego with her husband, two young children, and two miniature dachshunds. She loves amateur gardening, training as an aspiring long-distance runner, reading romance novels and staying active with F45 workouts.
