FAQ
Why doesn’t Maple Health & Wellness Clinic bill insurance?
1
At this time, Naturopathic Medical services are not covered by insurance in the State of California. Insurance receipts can be provided upon request for patients residing in New Hampshire.
While this means patients pay directly for care, it allows all appointments to focus on comprehensive, individualized care rather than insurance restrictions or time limits. Visits are longer, your full health history is reviewed and your care plan is personalized based on your goals and clinic needs rather than limited by what an insurance company determines is covered.
We understand that investing in your health is a significant decision. Our goal is to ensure every appointment provides the time, attention and individualized care that many patients feel they have been missing.
Please note: many conventional lab tests are covered by insurance plans. We recommend reaching out to your insurance company to discuss your individual plan prior to having labs done.
There are multiple out-of-pocket labs that may be a better financial option for you if your insurance plan does not cover labs.
We recommend you are open and honest with Dr Hall about any constraints so that she may find the right solution that best suits your needs within your budget.
Many of our patients book appointments after months or even years of searching for answers. Our first goal is to understand your complete health story.
Feeling heard doesn't replace good medicine—but it's an essential part of it. Together we will review your history, previous testing, and current symptoms to develop an evidence-informed and individualized plan.
I’ve seen multiple doctors already. How is your approach different?

Addressing the root-cause is not a quick fix. Maple Wellness is a good fit if you're looking for a collaborative approach that takes the time to understand your whole health story.
Many patients seek care for hormone imbalances, fertility concerns, chronic Lyme disease, mold illness, fatigue, or complex chronic symptoms that haven't been fully explained. While no clinician can guarantee outcomes, my goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care tailored to your unique story.
Many patients start seeing immediate improvements after their initial appointment. Due to the complexity of chronic cases Dr Hall sees, many patients are in active treatment up to 8-12 months. Some patients may need maintenance treatment for longer.
