Meet Dr. Cynthia Hall
Dr. Cynthia Hall is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in California and New Hampshire. She founded MAPLE in 2022 and trained alongside her mentor, Dr. Julia Greenspan, ND, specializing in complex chronic illness, tick-borne infection (Lyme disease), and the impacts these conditions can have on women’s hormones and fertility.
Known for her expertise in complex women’s health conditions and chronic illnesses, Dr. Hall brings over 10 years of post-secondary education and extensive hands-on experience to her practice. She has supported more than 25 vaginal births as a trained Birth Doula, which informs her patient-centered approach and commitment to empowerment and community in care.
Dr. Hall is Lyme-literate and has advanced training in treating tick-borne infections, environmental medicine (including mold and heavy metals), bioidentical hormone therapy, unexplained infertility, and high-risk pregnancy support. Her clinical approach is rooted in listening to each patient’s whole story—recognizing that many women are told their symptoms are “normal” even when they don’t feel their best. She believes each patient is unique, and care must honor that individuality.
Dr. Hall lives in San Diego with her husband, two children, and two miniature dachshunds. In her spare time she enjoys amateur gardening, training as an aspiring long-distance runner, reading romance novels, and participating in F45 workouts.
